40ft High Cube Container Delivered to London School During Half Term
BoxFlow supplied and delivered a new One-Trip 40ft High Cube shipping container to a specialist school in London, working on behalf of a groundworks company.
The customer required a blue 40ft High Cube container, with delivery arranged during the October half-term holidays due to restricted site access during term time.
Working alongside specialist haulage partner London Transport and Lifting Ltd, BoxFlow coordinated the container supply and HIAB delivery within the limited access window.

The Requirement
A groundworks company required a new 40ft High Cube shipping container in blue for delivery to a specialist school in London.
The school could only accommodate the delivery during the October half-term holidays, as access would not be available during term time.
As a result, BoxFlow needed to source the requested container and coordinate its release, transport and delivery within a very limited timeframe.
Delivery & Positioning
The delivery required careful planning due to restricted access into the school grounds. The entrance measured just 3.1 metres wide, creating a challenging approach for an articulated HIAB vehicle carrying a 40ft container.
In addition, parked vehicles along the surrounding streets further restricted the approach to the school.
Working alongside London Transport and Lifting Ltd, BoxFlow coordinated the HIAB delivery to meet the school’s limited access window.
The haulage team successfully accessed the site, offloaded the container and positioned it on the solid concrete playground, in an area previously occupied by two 20ft containers.
Despite the access restrictions and tight deadline, the team completed the delivery on 29 October, within the agreed half-term window.
