20ft portable office cabin delivered in Dorset to Broadstone Golf Club

BoxFlow supplied and delivered a refurbished 20ft x 8ft portable office cabin to Broadstone Golf Club in Dorset, providing a dedicated course management office with a separate kitchenette area.

The unit was prepared to the customer’s specification, including internal partitioning, insulation, heating, electrical fittings and a full external repaint in dark green.

Delivery was completed using specialist crane-equipped transport, allowing the cabin to be offloaded and carefully positioned within the club’s operational yard.

The Requirement

Broadstone Golf Club required a portable office for its course management team, with sufficient space for office equipment, multiple computer screens and a small meeting area.

The customer also wanted plenty of natural light, a separate kitchenette and a unit suitable for year-round use.

Delivery & Positioning

The cabin was delivered to Broadstone Golf Club using specialist crane-equipped transport.

Access through the club grounds and final positioning within the operational yard required coordination in advance, allowing the unit to be offloaded and placed directly into its prepared location.

The delivery was coordinated around the club’s site access and ongoing works. The crane-equipped vehicle allowed the cabin to be positioned directly onto the prepared base, reducing the need for further handling on site and helping the customer move quickly towards connecting the office to power, water and drainage.
